Stubborn

I just remember of the word “stubbornâ€. We have a stubborn salesman in the office. According to the bank policy, the credit history of the customer is very important, especially they can now trace the past 12 months record from the ccris system of Bank Negara.
When a customer loan has been rejected due to the bad credit history, he will said that the customer has pay off all the outstanding arrears, means the loan repayment is now updated. Then I have to raise my voice a bit and tell him “his credit history is very bad, that’s the reason they reject himâ€. In fact he knows that it is impossible, but still will said so.
